AgrisolAgricultural business management platform

One system that runs your plant nursery or agricultural store end to end: sales, customer accounts and debts, inventory, supplier purchasing, planting cycles, staff and payroll, expenses, and reports — all in one place, in Arabic.

Most importantly: this system was built for your nursery — it is not a generic accounting program with a nursery bolted on. It understands planting cycles, germination loss, and tray-based selling, which generic accounting software simply doesn't.

Before the system: everyday pain

  • Customer statements in paper ledgers: a customer asks for their balance and you flip pages for half an hour — and might still add it up wrong.
  • Forgotten debts: a customer took goods on credit and it slipped your mind, or a payment was never recorded — you lose your due or embarrass your customer.
  • No real picture of your stock: how many seedlings are left? How many seed bags? Which item is about to run out? You find out when a customer asks for it.
  • Season math is hard: you sowed, transplanted, and sold... but did this cycle make money or lose it? The answer lives in your head, unverified.
  • Cheques and deposits: a post-dated cheque you forget about, a reservation deposit you can't recall the amount of — or whose it was.
  • A customer statement takes time: they want an official paper, so you write it by hand and total it manually.
  • Wages and advances: who took an advance? How much is left? How many days did they work this month? Scattered sums on scraps of paper.

The system solves all of this: every transaction is recorded once, and every balance is instant and correct.

What the system covers

Eleven areas covering the whole working cycle — from seed to report.

  • A fast selling screen: pick the customer, items, and quantities — the system totals instantly and prints the invoice.

    • Cash, on credit, or a partial payment with the rest as debt — all in one tap.
    • Invoice discounts when needed, and the system blocks selling more than is actually in stock.
    • Sell seedlings from a specific planting cycle, or by the tray — whole or in part.
    • Fractional quantities (e.g. 1.5 kg) for items sold by weight.

Every sale decreases stock and updates the account automatically — no manual totals, nothing forgotten, no selling stock you don’t have.

A working day with the system

  1. Morning — you open the system: an alert says a seed item is running low, so you log a purchase order to your supplier.

  2. A regular customer walks in wanting tomato seedlings; you open the sales screen, pick them, choose the item and quantity from the ready cycle, and print the invoice. Stock decreased and their account updated instantly — no ledger.

  3. Another customer asks, “How much do I still owe?” You open their account — the number is in front of you in a second. They want an official statement; you print the month with the carried-over balance. They leave satisfied.

  4. A supplier comes with a cheque; you record it and track its due date later. At noon an employee asks for an advance; you log it and it’s deducted from their end-of-month salary automatically.

  5. End of day — you open the daily sales report: you know what you sold, what came in, and where your accounts stand — no manual totals, no fear of forgetting.

An honest summary

The system doesn't sell for you and doesn't plant for you — but it holds every number in your store: every sale, every payment, every seedling, every debt, every salary — recorded once and ready the moment you ask. You win back your time, protect what you're owed, and decide with numbers, not guesswork.
